I'm an engineering leader who still loves to build.
Ten years ago I was a Senior Frontend Engineer. Then I led engineering at Qudini, Verint's Appointment & Queuing business, doing a lot of what a CTO does. Growing teams. Managing managers. Owning delivery, releases, support, data, all of it. I also built and led the architecture and product direction, and worked directly with clients and partners on what we built and why.
I've never stopped working across the stack. React and React Native up front, Java and Node underneath, cloud infrastructure underneath that.
What I actually care about: staying close enough to the business that the engineering makes sense, building habits that hold up under pressure, and getting engineers genuinely using AI well, not just talking about it.
And I still ship stuff for fun. Funapéro, a video-call games app I co-built and put on Product Hunt. An open-source save-the-date site for our wedding. And right now, Rooted, a map app using Gen AI to help people search for and discover great local businesses.
Outside of work, I'm probably making coffee (I've got at least 10 ways to brew it at home. Ever heard of a Bripe?), out on a run with my local run club, or training for the next Hyrox. I've been skiing since I was five, and I'll pick up a racket for pretty much anything, pickleball, squash, badminton, tennis, no real preference.

A geo-based app for discovering and supporting local businesses, currently in progress. Under the hood: geolocation with a graceful fallback, search results ranked by distance, and an interactive map that loads nearby venues as you pan.
Our wedding website, now open source as a reusable template. It covers the whole journey: a save-the-date page with RSVP and add-to-calendar, then a guest info page with the day's details, menu choice and a gift fund link. Available in English, French and Dutch, with dark mode.
A project built during Covid to give friends a free way to join a virtual call, with various games to play together.
A few small libraries I published. The most used, tax-year, returns the tax year, month and week for any date, with a configurable year start, and still gets around 11k downloads a year. The others lazy-load Google Charts and moment.js, and adapt a React toast library for ES5.
A fast, lightweight media player for Windows: play movies and music, view images and build playlists. Written in C# on .NET, following the MVVM pattern.
A modern take on karaoke: a real-time jukebox for events, on web, Android and iOS. Guests propose songs and vote on what plays next, hosts control the session, and users get profiles, follows and a public feed of friends' activity, with music from Deezer and YouTube. Showcased at Epitech Experience in Paris in 2016.
An IoT home-automation project to control your home, using a Raspberry Pi and Arduino to drive light bulbs and power sockets over nRF wireless radio, with an AngularJS control dashboard. Presented at Maker Faire Paris 2015.
